Kforce File Clerk / Administrator in Monterey Park, California

Kforce has a client that is seeking a File Clerk / Administrator in Monterey Park, California (CA). The I-9 project migration prep work is expected to be a two-week assignment (40 hours a week) to assist the HR Team with prepping for an I-9 migration project. Essential Duties:

  • Sort and alphabetize documents

  • Compare list of names to documents; log as necessary

  • Separate out pages that are not relevant to the project

  • Look up employees in Outlook as needed and / or access the project report if needed

  • Organize / rough count the remaining documentation

  • Candidates with previous administrative and detail oriented backgrounds would be preferred

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
