Kforce has a client in search of a Banking Customer Service Representative in Monterey Park, California (CA). Summary: As a Banking Customer Service Representative, reporting to the client's Technical Support Manager, the employee will handle inbound/outbound service calls and secure emails to assist the client's Financial Center customers with Treasury product questions and online system troubleshooting; client assistance with Self-Administration of products and services with follow through to ensure timely/accurate setup of online services. One supports service calls and emails assisting clients and Bank employees with product questions and online system troubleshooting.

  • High level customer service and experience with client products will be considered

  • Knowledge of client products and services a plus

  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette
